Eligibility Criteria for Benazir Taleemi Wazaif Program 2025

  • The mother must be registered in the BISP Kafalat Program.
  • The family poverty score must be below 32 as per the NSER survey.
  • The child must be enrolled in school (Primary, Secondary, or Higher Secondary).
  • The child must have at least 70% school attendance.
  • The child age must be: 4–12 years for Primary level, 8–18 years for Secondary level, 10–22 years for Higher Secondary level
  • Priority is given to orphans, poor families, and low-income groups.
  • Children already getting other government scholarships may not be eligible.

Benazir Taleemi Wazaif Payment Details

Primary Level (Grades 1–5):

  • Boys: Rs. 1,500
  • Girls: Rs. 2,000

Secondary Level (Grades 6–10):

  • Boys: Rs. 2,500
  • Girls: Rs. 3,000

Higher Secondary Level (Grades 11–12):

  • Boys: Rs. 3,500
  • Girls: Rs. 4,000

Special Bonus:

  • Girls completing primary education: One-time bonus of Rs. 3,000

These amounts are paid every 3 months through banks or special BISP camps.

  1. Funds are deposited into the mother bank account.
  2. Mobile Money Services like JazzCash and EasyPaisa.

Apply for BISP Taleemi Wazaif Program 2025

Offline Method

  1. Go to the nearest center in your city or village.
  2. Take Required Documents:
    • Mother’s CNIC
    • Child’s B-Form (issued by NADRA)
    • School certificate (signed by headmaster/principal)
    • School attendance record (if possible)
  3. Complete NSER Survey If not already done, register your family income details.
  4. Fill the Taleemi Wazaif Form All required details.
  5. BISP staff will confirm school enrollment and check the NSER database.
  6. Once accepted, you’ll get a message from 8171.

  1. Open the Official Website www.bisp.gov.pk
  2. Check the Eligibility and Open the 8171 Web Portal, enter mother’s CNIC and code.
  3. If eligible, download the form and enter your child’s school details.
  4. Upload Documents:
    • CNIC
    • B-Form
    • School certificate
  5. Submit the Form Online or visit the Tehsil office to submit it manually.
  6. You will receive a confirmation message from BISP after verification.
