Who Can Apply for Punjab Rashan Card?

1. Residents of Punjab

Only male and female citizens of Pakistan who live in Punjab and have a valid CNIC (Computerized National Identity Card) are allowed to apply. Applicants must belong to the poor or low-income class.

2. Registered in NSER or BISP

Those individuals who are already registered in NSER (National Socio-Economic Registry) or receive payments from Benazir Income Support Program (BISP) will be given priority. If your family is listed in NSER, your chances of getting the card are higher.

3. Belong to Deserving Families

Applicants must be from deserving households, and their data will be physically verified before final approval. If verified as needy, you will receive the Rashan Card.

How to Apply for Punjab Rashan Card?

Good news for those who already received help through the Nigehban Ramzan Package you do not need to register again. Your information is already in the system, and you will automatically get the Punjab Ration Card.

Open the official website pser.punjab.gov.pk using your mobile or computer browser.
Fill Out the Registration Form.You need to enter basic details: Your full name, CNIC number, Mobile number, Email address (optional), Create a secure password
Add Family Information Include the following: Name of head of family, Gender, date of birth, marital status, Job status and income details
Provide data for every member of your family, including their names, ages, and CNIC/B-Form numbers.
Enter Complete Address, Division, District, Tehsil, Village or city, Post office name
Share Household Information You will be asked about: Type of house (owned/rented), Number of rooms, Electricity and gas availability
Once all information is added, double-check and click the “Save” button to complete your registration.

Benefits of the Punjab Rashan Card

Once you are approved and receive the Rashan Card, you will be able to get financial help for groceries.Monthly or Quarterly Support? You will not get monthly payments. Instead, every 4 months, the government will provide you with Rs. 10,000 to purchase Rashan items like flour, sugar, oil, rice, etc. This support will continue every four months for the selected families.
