Farmers had to pay Rs. 1,000 per acre as processing and server charges.In Phase 2, all fees have been removed. Now farmers will pay zero processing charges.
There was no facility for instant cash withdrawal.Now, 30% of the loan can be withdrawn in cash immediately through ATM or bank.
There was no facility to purchase diesel or petrol with the loan.Now 20% of the total loan can be used for buying diesel or petrol.
Only bulk items could be bought.Now, farmers can buy bulk items, fertilizers, and also headers.

Eligibility Criteria for the Kisan Card Phase 2

Must be a Pakistani citizen.
Applicants must be a resident of Punjab.
Must have own land from 1 acre to 25 acres.
Land must be registered in your name in government records.
Both men and women farmers can apply.
Must have a valid CNIC (Computerized National Identity Card).
Must have an active mobile number registered in your name.
Must not be a defaulter of any bank loan.
Must have a valid bank account for loan disbursement.
Use of loan must be for agricultural purposes only.

Kisan Card Phase 2 Application Method

Visit your nearest Agriculture Office in Punjab.
Carry your original CNIC and land ownership documents.
Fill the Kisan Card application form.
Provide your mobile number (registered on your CNIC).
The staff will verify your land details from the Land Record Center.
If eligible, your application will be submitted digitally.
Wait for SMS confirmation from the Punjab Government.
Once approved, collect your Kisan Card from the bank.
Use the card for loan, diesel, fertilizer, and cash withdrawal.
