Eligibility Criteria for PM Laptop Scheme 2025
- Must be a student of a public sector university recognized by HEC.
- Must have valid admission in the degree program as per the dates given:
- PhD (5 years) – Admission after 31-Dec-2020
- MS/MPhil (2 years) – Admission after 31-Dec-2023
- MBA (3.5 years) – Admission after 30-Jun-2022
- MBA (2.5 years) – Admission after 30-Jun-2023
- MBA (1.5 years) – Admission after 30-Jun-2024
- Masters (16 years) – Admission after 31-Dec-2023
- Undergraduate (5 years) – Admission after 31-Dec-2020
- Undergraduate (4 years) – Admission after 31-Dec-2021
- Must not be enrolled in weekend programs.
- Must have 60% marks (Annual System) or 2.80 CGPA (Semester System).
- Must not have received a laptop before from any federal/provincial scheme.
- Foreign students are not eligible.
- Students in private universities or affiliated colleges are not eligible.

Ineligible Students for PM Laptop Scheme
These students cannot apply:
- Those who got admission before the above dates.
- Students studying in private universities.
- Students from affiliated colleges of public universities.
- Students who already received laptops from federal or provincial schemes.
- Foreign students residing temporarily in Pakistan.
- Those who miss the deadline or don’t upload documents properly.
